1915 German WW I Commemorative Submarine plate ! (Otto Weddigen)

This is a RARE plate that was brought back from Germany after WWII by a returning G.I. ! This plate is dated on the front 1915, and the artist is M. Munch; the back of the plate has the manufacturer mark of   Fraureuth Unterglasur  . I have done some research on this plate and it was a commerative plate of the military successes of Otto Weddigen the German WWI submarine ace, probably issued after his demise!  I have sent pictures of this plate to many collector's in the USA and  Europe and no one has ever seen another plate like this one! After 100 years this plate may be the last survivor of the small lot they made at the time; So this is about all that I know about it except that it has been hanging on a wall in a family house since 1945 ! The lettering  on the plate where the pen is pointing is slightly lighter but it may have been either made that way or maybe sunlight faded it, in the last 70 years! no chips cracks or damage and the last picture shows the hanging loop that I imagine was original to the plate !! This plate is a one of a kind item and I have seen others similar but this one would be the centerpiece of anyone's collection! the pictures on the auction have flash images at 7 and 8 o'clock, plate has no defects! this is a German  Porcelain plate made by a company that is still in business today!  I further refuse to use the e-bay Global shipping program for this Item, I will file the customs forms and ship via your favored carrier; such as DHL ??
