Description
This is an original Indian Ranger Jacket.Label is partly missing but you can read half of it (Sportswear for motorcyclists) and see the Indian logo. If you are familiar with the Indian Ranger jacket, you'll know the missing part of the label says "Indian". The leather shows typical wear for it's age but is intact and functional. Small leather rub/divot pictured on the front. More leather wear to the belt area. And just a handful of other rubs and scratches. The liner shows wear, and stains. It still has an old smoke smell to it. The wrist zippers have separated at the seams and show wear to the wrist edges. One of the wrist zipper tracks has split and can not be used. The belt is vintage but not original to this jacket. I'm selling it with it, because it fits well with the look and sizing. You'll need your own buckle for this belt. The jacket also features some interesting, built-in reflective material. Overall, this jacket is a very rare part of American motorcycle history and would be a beautiful additional to any collection.
Approximate measurements (taken from the exterior) are:
20" from pit seam to pit seam.
28" from top collar/neck straight down to the bottom.
24" from shoulder seam straight down the arm sleeve.
