Great looking piece.

Poster was Jerome F. Ryan.
It is original and came from a now closed store in Lake Places.
Looks like it may have been trimmed a little around the edges.
Color is great and shows some light wear and some light little edge tears in spots from being trimmed.
It is not mint but cool.
It measures 17" x 23 1/4".
