    For your consideration is this like new expandable,
    rigid plastic blueprint, map or artwork storage tube with carry strap.
    3 3/4 ID, expandable from 26" to 43"+. Adjustable in 3/4" increments.
    Screw down cap has removeable clear cover for identification etc.
    We purchased new and used once for blueprint storage.
    I'll except returns only if I misrepresented the item.
