Items typically ship within three (3) business days of payment clearing. We offer FREE SHIPPING! And Discounted Expedited Shipping on most orders.  Each item lists Shipping Costs.  We ship via USPS most of the time unless there is a less expensive option and we will denote that choice on the listing.
We are MORE than happy to combine shipping on items purchased the same day. We will sometimes offer a combined
shipping discount on purchases of multiple items, so either

us before buying or after you have bought and before making payment on the order, contact us, and we will combine the purchases into one invoice and discuss and apply any discounts at that point. Do not pay prior to having the discount applied.
Sadly, shipping rates continue to increase. It is USPS Policy that weights are rounded up. For example, if a Priority Mail package weighs 1 pound and 1 ounce, we MUST charge for 2 pounds. We urge you to check the shipping rates before buying.

Damages during transit are beyond our control. We wrap and package VERY carefully. We know that no matter what we do, a small percentage of items will be damaged. If you are concerned about damage in transit, please contact us before leaving feedback, so that we can work with you to cover the item.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another, when available.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  You must return items in the same condition in which it arrived. You must return the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories.  Please return the original packing slip with the merchandise.  Open software, music, games, movies, food items (human or pet, opened or closed), and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to decline any returns if the return does not follow these guidelines. Shipping on the return is non-refundable, and the buyer may be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
