    Lily Evaporated Milk Cookbook
    Isabelle Clark Swezy, Pacific Creamery Co., undated 1915 or 1916
    This booklet contains 129 recipes using Lily evaporated milk. In the front there is a note from the author, plus two notes from veterinarians - one dated 16 March 1915 - proclaiming the purity of the milk that I found quite interesting. I am assuming that this booklet was published sometime in 1915 or possibly 1916 to coincide with the dated veterinarian statement. I could not find a lot of information about Pacific Creamery, only some photos and that it was located in Tempe, AZ  and sold to Borden in 1927 and closed in 1953.
    Condition is good for a 100+ year old item.
    The covers are soiled and have some worn areas.
    The inner pages have no rips or tears.
    A few pages have some small, light stains or spots.
    The majority of the pages are clean.
    Measures 5x 7 3/4 inches and has 64 pages
