This is a great find for the Nebraska collector or the oil man.  This is a large hand stapled large book entitled Lincoln County Nebraska PLAT BOOK With Oil Information.  Price .   Chase Abstract Co.  Box 444.  North Platte, Nebraska.  Large stapled book with many maps and shows oil wells.  But on the back,  HANDWRITTEN, it says Yes!  We printed this plat book.  Offset Printing.  Yes, all of the plate of the townships were printed in our shop by the offset method,  as were all of the advertisements on the inside pages.   Letter Press Printing?   Yes.  This cover and all the printing on it front and back was printed in our plant by letter press.  Clark Hors printing.   Front and back are heavy poster like paper.   Some soiling front and back but inside nice and clean.  Probably from 1930s to 1950s era.   Please email with any questions.  Buyer to pay .85 shipping.
