Lincoln Nebraska Guide & City Map ~ Motels, Points of Interest c1950s?

Description

"A Lincoln Guide to Motels, Scenic and educational points of interest, including schools, buildings & Streets." Not dated that I see but looks to me like it's pre-interstate. I googled "The tower" and it was completed in 1949. Measures approx. 20" x 27" when open.
In good condition but it may be folded incorrectly and has a few small holes or slits on the creased folds, (see pic).
