    Description

    Pure German Angora fiber sheared- never plucked- from my indoor house rabbits. This one is from Autumn.  I shear her every three months using pet grooming clippers and scissors.
    Staple length is 4".
    Very clean. I sell the fiber from back and sides (blanket) and use belly and leg fiber for my own purposes.
    Minimal to none hay bits or dander.
    There maybe a short cut here and there but I'm pretty good at picking them out.
    Does not need washing- just grab a handful and spin (spinning from the cloud.)
    Sold by the ounce.
    An approximate overview of what 2 ounces of angora yields per yarn weight from my experience:
    225-250 yards 2 ply heavy lace/fingering weight.
    150 yards 2 ply DK weight.
    80 yards 2 ply bulky.
