    SINGAPORE: 2 stuiver, 1791, SS-18var, imitating West Friesland silver 2 stuiver dated 1791 but with coat of arms of Holland, Fine, S. These merchant tokens were struck in Birmingham England in debased silver or German silver from 1834-1836 and introduced by Singaporean merchants. They circulated for nearly 10 years before being suppressed in 1844. This type is unpublished by Saran Singh. VERY SCARCE!
