Stunning Vintage 40's Men's Gabardine Jacket Car Coat LQQK!!

In the late 80's and early 90's in San Francisco I got drawn into the vintage clothing thing- I wore all 40's gabardines, horsehide jackets and went to swing clubs like the Deluxe and Bimbos. I worked hard to put together a good collection which i am starting to sell off now. All these pieces are XL with good length sleeves. They all fit me around the same time in my life so if you check out my other auctions you might find more that might fit you. They're all in pretty darn clean shape for the most part.
This is a 40's Gaberdine Jacket/Car Coat in one of those unnamable colors we love from that era--kind of a purplish lavenderish thing. Padded shoulders. Belted sides and belt accents on cuffs. Label by FINCH St Paul Minn. Fully rayon lined. Zipper is great. Some fading on arms and shoulders as expected with these 40's pieces. Size is 20" shoulder seam to seam/23" armpit to pit/24 1/2 sleeve length/33" total length in back. Cool ass coat. Wish it still fit me.
