Vintage Cincinnati Police Pea Coat Overcoat Wool Retro Law Enforcement

This listing is for a vintage law enforcement men's wool pea coat.
The coat is made from a very heavy dark blue wool gabardine. It has a typical pea coat cut with wide lapels and pocket flaps, low armholes, and a seven-button front, the latter of which are brass (some with snaps as opposed to meant to button) and are decorated with the Cincinnati Police insignia, and it also has two 'Police' buttons per cuff. It is fully lined in black synthetic material and the shoulders are padded.
The jacket is in used - but overall good - condition. It does have a few stitches on the chest, presumably from some sort of insignia added, and one of the buttons and snaps is missing off the front (see photo). Otherwise, there do not appear to be any rips, holes, tears, stains, etc.
The brand and seller location label is present inside. There is a very nice Union label, however, due to the style of label used, we are unsure as to the exact age of the coat.
No size is marked, so our measurements are as follow:
Across chest, pit to pit, buttoned, laid flat: 23"
Across waist, buttoned, laid flat: 22.5"
Sleeves, shoulder seam to end of cuff hem: 25"
Shoulders, seam to seam, across back: 19.25"
Overall length, bottom of collar seam to bottom hem, in back: 32"
