Vintage Men’s 1950s 50s Casual Zip Front Jacket Wool and Knit

Description

Terrific light brown/dark taupe and tan men’s casual jacket from the 1950s, with shawl collar and zip front. Raglan sleeves in knit with a darker wool body, two side pockets, and a metal zipper with a bit of leather strung through the pull. Tabs at the back to adjust the waist a little. Beautiful striped lining in burgundy, black, and brown. Tag reads “Happ, Styled with Distinction”
Missing one of the back tab buttons. One small moth hole in the shoulder back, a few spots where the wool has nibbles that don’t go fully through, and a few picks in the knit sleeves. Some seam stress and pinholes in the lining. Overall presents really well. Has not been cleaned.
Chest measurement taken across back from armpit to armpit and doubled: 44” - this is the actual outside measurement, not the “size”

Back Neck to Waist: 25.5”
