This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; there is mild rubbing to surface of paper, minimal edgewear and little associated corner wear, hint of fading to paper whites, minor wear along/about inset folds. Overall paper quality is good; smooth/glossy, with good preservation of B&W photographs/images and sharp black print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
The brochure measures approx 9"x 4" and is printed in the USA.
