CONDITION & RETURN POLICY
: unless otherwise noted, clothing items are used/pre-owned and we are not the original owners. as such, they may have
minor flaws
associated with used, pre-owned and/or vintage clothing. these
minor flaws
may include (but are not limited to) the following: light fading, discoloration, pilling, odor, small or light marks/spots/stains, small rips/tears, a bit of pet hair
i.e. the normal stuff that can happen when a piece of clothing is not brand new
. any major flaws with be noted in the condition section of the listing. a "major flaw" is defined as follows:
1) a noticeable, pictured or obvious version of a minor flaw (as described above) and 2) something that we (the listers) feel is worthy of mentioning
i.e. if we didn't mention it or picture it, we do not consider it to be a major flaw
. that is the only definition of "major flaw" that we are willing to accept. If you are not okay with this definition, do not purchase any of our items. MOVE ON. there is plenty of new clothing on this site and in the malls and retail shops of this world, maybe they would be a better choice for you.
That being said,
we try our very very very very best to accurately describe and picture not only major flaws but minor ones too.
We take pride in describing items accurately and taking properly light and color balanced photographs. seriously. we do. If you feel we have overlooked something, please message us and maybe we can work something out. We are reasonable people. We do, however, reserve the right to make the final decision in this regard. We accept returns so you aren't going to get stuck with something you don't want. But that doesn't mean that we should pay for shipping charges on properly described items
AND WE WILL NOT DO SO. PERIOD.
you can have your say in the feedback section, we have no problem with that. in fact, we encourage you to check out our feedback ratings because they are quite good, especially considering the high volume of transactions and the number of years that we've been in business. we've been doing this a long, long time and we aren't dummies. we know what we are doing.
